Nitrous Oxide & Mysterious Movement - The Journey (Corderoy Remix)

A solid mixture of techy and melodic elements here. This one kicks off very percussive and techy. It remains quite minimal until eventually bringing in some distorted pads which add to a tension building vibe. Subtle female vocals accompany the pads. It eventually builds then hits the breakdown where it goes very quiet, allowing the haunting female vocals to go solo. They add great atmosphere, then finally a somewhat oriental bell-styled lead kicks in backed up by big, dark pads. These build then drop into a percussive section with the pads and bells backing it up. The distorted pads eventually come back in. Overall this is a great transitional tune between tech and melodic, or just to break up the melodic sections a bit.
